The owner of PEAK PHYSIQUE & PERFORMANCE, successful figure competitor and fitness model Lyen Wong, has developed her own training and nutrition philosophy: the Wong Way.
What is the Wong Way? It is sustainable lifestyle change. You will not just enjoy a safe, balanced and effective training, learn about healthy nutrition and follow basic guidelines to a more active life; it goes beyond that! Unsustainable training and nutrition plans will get you nowhere in the long run. The Wong Way is about finding and implementing the balance between tough discipline and accountability and enjoyment of life!
True to our integrated training approach, we employ many methods for out highly effective training programs, such as: postural and body composition assessment, core and balance training, weight training using gym equipment and/or body weight, cardiovascular training, stretching and flexibility, nutritional advice and weight management, measurements, feedback and follow-up on objectives.
The equipment and workout techniques we use at PEAK PHYSIQUE & PERFORMANCE include free weights, weight training machines, TRX Suspension Trainer, Bosu Balance Trainer, kettlebells, stability and medicine balls, bands and tubes, foam rollers, boxing equipment (heavy bag, focus mitts, gloves), ropes, slide discs, plyometrics exercises, speed and agility exercises, interval and circuit training.
