Personal training is highly individual and no two client programs are ever the same. However, many people who start personal training share similar goals. The sample programs below reflect the most common objectives that our clients have but there is no "one size fits all" approach. Our youngest client is 17 and the oldest 81 years old and we deal with many different situations in terms of goals, availability, budget and medical conditions that need to be taken into account when designing a client program.
